Spring is here!

"Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy...." John Denver had it right. Sunshine is the best cure for the Winter blues. There are a lot of reasons to be happy and excited about Spring. Kimball Ice Cream is open! I had to take my daughter Friday night to get her first ice cream of the season. We had to order it to go because the night was rainy and cold. It marked our first sign of Spring. The other sign that Spring is here? Hockey is ending. Although it makes us sad, hockey is a loooong season. We started back in September and we are still a few weeks away or at least a few more games away. Spring is also a good time to plan and remodel your kitchen. The warm days ahead allow you to cook outside during the remodel. This can save you a good chunk of cash on meals.
